Marc Wigder is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Florida. Originally from New York, Marc has nearly 20 year of experience in real estate development and investment in New York and Florida. Together with over a decade of experience as an attorney he has represented individuals, developers, lenders and investors in over a thousand transactions ranging from the typical house closing to REO closings and the purchase and development of shopping centers and office buildings in Florida and the Greater New York region.

Sarah Díaz has recently given birth to her second beautiful child and has retired from the firm to join the Attorneys Title Insurance Fund as Underwriting Counsel.

While in private practice prior to and at the firm, Sarah developed and managed a very successful REO department and title agency and has an incredible amount of experience with Florida title closing and settlement procedures.
